By accessing and using PullPro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PullPro is a tool that integrates GitHub pull requests with Slack to simplify the code review process. The Service shares pull request notifications and updates from GitHub repositories directly to Slack channels, enabling teams to streamline their review workflows without switching between platforms.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
To use PullPro, you must authenticate with both GitHub and Slack accounts. PullPro does not require separate user registration. By connecting your accounts, you authorize PullPro to:
- Access your GitHub repositories and pull request information
- Post messages and notifications to your Slack workspaces
- Store metadata and IDs related to your GitHub and Slack accounts for service functionality
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub and Slack accounts and managing permissions granted to PullPro through these platforms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes
5. Data Collection and Privacy
PullPro operates with privacy by design. We only collect and store the minimum data necessary to provide our service:
- User IDs from GitHub and Slack (no personal information)
- Team and repository metadata
- Pull request IDs and basic metadata (no source code)
- Configuration settings for integrations
We do not store or access your source code. All data is stored securely in the United States. You can revoke PullPro's access to your GitHub and Slack accounts at any time through your respective platform settings.
6. Service Availability and Pricing
PullPro is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PullPro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
PullPro integrates with GitHub and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of GitHub and Slack respectively. PullPro is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
